Does the elevator require a pit or machine room?

No. One of the main advantages of PE Lifts pneumatic elevators is that they are self-supporting. They require no pit, no machine room, and no structural reinforcements.

Typical installation takes 48 hours for most residential projects. This includes site preparation, elevator assembly, and safety testing. Ready to use immediately after installation.

Absolutely. Since no civil works are needed, our elevators are ideal for retrofitting into existing homes, often installed through a hole cut in the floor or even on a balcony.

Space requirements vary by model: PVE 30 needs 750mm diameter, PVE 37 needs 933mm, PVE 52 needs 1316mm, and The Cube needs 900x900mm. All models fit through standard doorways.

How many floors can the elevator serve?

Our pneumatic elevators can serve up to 5 floors (15 meters rise) for most models. The The Cube serves up to 4 floors (12 meters). Multiple entry/exit points available for each floor.
